Ellis Business Lawyers provides a full range

For US-based clients, we can advise you on the commercial debt
collection process in British Columbia and outline your alternative
options. When needed, we can act for you to start collections
proceedings and represent your interests at each stage of the
process from filing suit to executing on judgments.
Our goal is to make the collection process as simple and
efficient as possible for our clients. We accept files on a 20%
contingency fee basis for claims over 25K and 25% for claims under
25K. The contingency fee is payable only on funds collected. If
the claim cannot be collected without litigation, we charge flat
fees for filing lawsuits and commencing any post-judgment procedures
that may be required to collect on the judgment. *
